Evidence shows that more diverse companies are more productive and perform better across a variety of metrics. To capitalize on this, many large organizations are adopting equity-based HR tools, aimed at combatting unconscious biases in the hiring process with the eventual goal of equal representation and fair treatment for all employees and potential hires.
