Push to Ban Salary History Questions Coming from Many Sides

Although Massachusetts other states have banned salary history questions—which many argue slow the closing of the wage gap—in the job interview process, this change hasn't only been happening at the state-level. Instead, a number of cities such as New Orleans, Chicago and San Francisco and private businesses like Amazon, Starbuck and Google have decided to take the same step on their own.
