The Battle Over Salary History Questions in Job Interviews

Although asking salary history questions in job interviews is prohibited in Massachusetts, a similar law was recently struck down by a US district judge in Philadelphia. Citing that the law violated the First Amendment, this ruling could mean trouble for similar laws passed in states like Massachusetts, California, Oregon, and others, as well as a number of cities throughout America.
