Many women in the workplace are mentored by men, which can be critical to advancing their careers. In light of the #MeToo movement, some men feel uncomfortable with this responsibility. Reciprocity among a few other characteristics are found to ensure these mentorships can be as safe and beneficial for both parties as possible.
