By 2020, Iceland Will Require Equal Pay with National Legislation

Ranked first in the world for gender equity, Iceland still faces a wage gap. Bjarni Benediktsson, Iceland’s Prime Minister, marks International Women’s Day 2017 by outlining a national law which would require all companies with 25 or more employees to demonstrate wage equality amongst male and female workers.
