Two Centuries Later We Might Have Equality in the Workplace

The World Economic Forum recently reported that women will not see equality in the workplace for approximately 217 years. The Forum’s latest report calculates the economic gender gap by examining labor force participation, wage equality, and professional leadership and highlights the stratifying level of economic inequality, the likes of which we haven’t seen since 2008.
