As the brunt of caregiving frequently falls upon women, workplace flexibility would afford women the capacity to balance work-life obligations. However, flexible work hours are heralded as a perk of many workplaces but too often not a tangible reality. Enter Werk: a new site for job searching which predicates job posts upon particular types of flexibility.
