Salary Secrecy Doesn’t Have a Place in the Millennial Workforce

Recent survey results indicate that significant portions of the millennial workforce are sharing their salaries with friends, co-workers, and family members as compared to other age groups like baby boomers. This sort of widespread shift towards pay transparency benefits both employees and employers and helps level the playing field for employees during negotiation processes.
