Salary Negotiation Workshops Positively Impact Women, Study Finds

The Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy conducted a study of 52 women who have gone through salary negotiation workshops provided by AAUW and the City of Boston. Lead researcher Ann Bookman was surprised by the wide reach of these workshops – not only did the majority of women gain confidence to negotiate for themselves, but they furthermore shared what they learned with others.
