MoMA PS1, an art museum in Queens, has made headlines for its treatment of Nikki Columbus, a woman whose job offer as museum curator was allegedly rescinded after she disclosed the recent birth of her child. In her suit, Columbus states that the museum is falsely claiming that she rejected the position and that, instead, the museum was eager to work around her schedule until she mentioned her pregnancy, at which point her offer was revoked.
