A New Report on Diversity Shows Uber Taking Steps to Address Inequity

Since new CEO Dara Khosrowshahi took over the ridesharing company, Uber has already shown an improvement in representation of both women and minority groups in their staff demographics in a recent internal report on diversity. This uptick comes following claims that uber was not doing enough to attract female talent.
