McKinsey Could Make its Next Leader a Woman of Color…Will It?

In June 2018, a new leader will take over as the pinnacle of McKinsey. The firm has over 500 senior partners who are contenders, but ¾ of the top-runners are men. One is a woman of color, Vivian Hunt. McKinsey has feverously touted its research highlighting the successes of companies lead by diverse groups and the pitfalls of those lead by homogenous ones. Will the powerhouse take its own findings into account?
