Huffington Post Finds Light at the End of the Tunnel in Massachusetts Law Banning Salary History

On Equal Pay Day 2017, the Massachusetts law banning salary history is touted as a breakthrough in the wage equality movement. Using previous salary as a guiding figure can work to the detriment of women who have been negatively impacted by sexist discrimination and who are less likely to negotiate their salaries. The Massachusetts law will hopefully serve as an exemplar for the rest of the nation to follow.
