Economic Policy Institute Says Gender Wage Gap is Real

The existence and extent of the gender wage gap is still heavily contested. Economists from the Economic Policy Institute have an answer and a new report to match. Even when controlling for things like education and experience, women still face lower median earnings. Furthermore, the recent narrowing of the gap is due to men falling behind, not women gaining massive momentum, as some may think.
