Many companies indicate that gender equality in the workplace is a priority, but how can we actually make this a reality? If you are in a position to do so, lead by example in confronting (and changing) any biases you may have. Make employees feel valued and included when designing leave policies and benefits, especially as they pertain to family matters. And finally, be sure to foster spaces for women.
